tiger prawns, cod, clams, squid, coley, red bream and langoustine infused with fennel, Pernod and saffron, topped with a scallop baked in the Shell.

(GF) Zarzuela (‘A Catalan Symphony’ traditionally a stew, we have turned it into a risotto) with mussels, clams, squid, tiger prawns, coley and red bream with chilli, cheddar and parmesan. Finished with a scallop and langoustine baked in the shell. £34.50
